Lawyer Nelson Havi has threatened legal action against the Kenya Urban Roads Authority over motor vehicle yards allegedly occupying road reserves and pedestrian walkways along Ngong Road.In a letter, Havi demanded that KURA clarify whether it authorised the businesses operating between Dagoretti Junction and Coptic Hospital and take action to reclaim the walkways .He warned that failure to act would prompt legal proceedings against the authority
