Ugenya MP David Ochieng has outlined plans to improve access to clean water, healthcare and jobs in Siaya County, including a proposal to establish a sugar factory to boost the local economy.Ochieng said residents still face challenges accessing healthcare, with some seeking services outside the county. He said the planned factory would create employment opportunities, boost agricultural production and strengthen the county’s economy.
