The High Commission of India in Nairobi has handed over a second consignment of medical assistance to Kenya’s Ministry of Health to bolster Ebola preparedness and response. Received by Public Health PS Mary Muthoni, the consignment valued at Sh83 million includes PPE kits, powered air-purifying respirators, biosafety cabinets and cold-chain refrigerators to protect frontline health workers and strengthen laboratory safety and public-health capacity.
