Popular content creator Baba Talisha has been dealing with an unexplained health problem for six weeks, his wife, Miss Wanjey, has revealed in an honest message to supporters and colleagues shared on Instagram.

Miss Wanjey posted the update alongside a vlog filmed at home. It shows Baba Talisha resting, playing with the couple’s toddler and dog, and travelling in a car.

The footage is understated, with no narration, and offers a simple glimpse of a family coping with a difficult period.

Several boxes of eye medication, including TobraDex, are visible in the video. Miss Wanjey did not say what the treatment is for.

What Miss Wanjey said

In her caption, Miss Wanjey described the past six weeks as “a difficult and emotional journey” for the family. She said regular doctor visits and ongoing treatment have not yet produced a definitive diagnosis.

“Despite ongoing medical consultations, treatment and numerous check-ups, we are yet to receive conclusive answers about his condition,” she wrote.

His eyesight is the main concern. Sensitivity to light has made even simple daily tasks difficult. Baba Talisha spends most of his time resting in bed. He leaves the house only for medical appointments. He cannot drive at the moment, so the family has arranged a driver to take him where he needs to go.

Despite the uncertainty, Miss Wanjey said the family is holding on to hope.

“Watching someone you love navigate such uncertainty is never easy,” she said. “But through it all, we remain hopeful, grateful for the medical attention he continues to receive, and prayerful for better days ahead.”

Wife takes over business matters

With her husband unable to work, Miss Wanjey has taken charge of all business communication.

She said anyone with pending engagements or enquiries should contact Baba Talisha’s office or get in touch with her directly.

She closed her message with a line of faith.

“Six weeks of uncertainty, but never a day without hope.
