A section of Western region MPs has condemned the withdrawal of Trans Nzoia Governor George Natembeya’s security detail. Led by Kabuchai MP Majimbo Kalasinga, the legislators said Natembeya was constitutionally entitled to security protection because of his position. They warned that the government would be held responsible should any harm befall the governor or his family.
