Equitable Party leader and Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna has accused President William Ruto of undermining devolution. Speaking in Trans Nzoia County, Sifuna criticized the President for commissioning a market constructed by the county government, arguing that he should instead focus on completing national government projects across the county.
