The EACC has arrested an NTSA clerical officer, Joseph Njoroge, for allegedly demanding Sh18,000 from a matatu driver to facilitate the issuance of a driving licence. He was arrested at NTSA headquarters while receiving Sh8,000, part of the alleged bribe. He was later released on a Sh50,000 cash bail pending investigations.
