The DPP has charged two company directors with tax fraud over alleged VAT losses amounting to Sh1.5 million shillings. Jefferson Wachira and Dorothy Gacheri are accused of making false purchase claims to reduce their VAT liabilities. The two appeared before a Milimani court and were released on bond. Three other suspects who failed to appear in court now face arrest warrants.
