ODM leader Oburu Oginga made his first public appearance yesterday evening after weeks of speculation about his health. Oburu celebrated his birthday at Nairobi Hospital alongside close family members and political allies, a day coinciding with the first anniversary of his younger brother Raila Odinga’s death. Reflecting on the two milestones, Oburu said the coincidence of their birthdays and Raila’s death underscored their special bond, adding that their brotherhood remained unbreakable even in death.
