Mama Ida Odinga has warned leaders against exploiting the legacy of her late husband Raila Odinga for personal or political convenience. Speaking during the first anniversary of his death, Ida said Raila’s legacy cannot be inherited or spent, but must live on through the values he championed. She urged those invoking his name to do so out of genuine love and commitment to his ideals.
