Lawyer Danstan Omari is urging President William Ruto to declare tomorrow, October 15, a public holiday in honour of the late former PM Raila Odinga. Omari says the move would give Kenyans an opportunity to celebrate Raila’s legacy and reflect on his contribution to the country. Raila died on October 15 last year.
