All is set for a candle-lighting ceremony to honour the late former Prime Minister Raila Odinga. His younger brother, Omondi Oginga, says the event will be led this evening by Raila’s widow, Mama Ida Odinga, at Kang’o ka Jaramogi. Omondi said the family fondly remembers Raila as a father figure, adviser and relative.
