Two police officers attached to Kinjo Police Patrol Base in Meru County have been arrested following allegations that they defiled a three and a half year old girl. The two law enforcement officers allegedly abused her inside a police housing unit. The arrests follow a harrowing report filed by the minor's mother, a resident of Kinjo Market, who noticed her daughter in severe distress after playing outside on the evening of last Friday.
