Stakeholders are urging the government to ensure consistent school feeding programmes to help curb teenage pregnancies. Kilifi Mums founder Kibibi Ali says threats to arrest parents who keep girls out of school will not work if learners go hungry, noting that school meals can keep girls in class and protect them from sexual exploitation by people they turn to for money to feed their families.
