Only 17 per cent of more than 3,000 presidential directives issued since September 2022 have been reported as completed. Head of Public Service Felix Koskei says 51 per cent are still being implemented, while 30 per cent have not been reported on the government tracking system. He has directed ministries and state agencies to update records, address delays and ensure commitments deliver measurable results.
