Kenya is modernizing its agricultural sector through digital-first soil testing laboratories and grassroots testing. Addressing a global forum on water in Rome, Agriculture CS Mutahi Kagwe noted that under this initiative, every farmer will receive a digital soil passport to access subsidized inputs and AI-driven advisory services.
