Mama Ida Odinga will lead an international candle-lighting ceremony at Kang’o Ka Jaramogi tomorrow to mark the first anniversary of former Prime Minister Raila Odinga’s death. The commemoration steering committee, chaired by Adams Oloo, said the event will begin at 6pm, bringing together Kenyans and Raila’s supporters worldwide. The committee urged Kenyans and friends of the late leader to light candles wherever they are, including homes, churches, mosques and community gatherings, in honour of his legacy.
