The government has opened the Kenya School of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Moiben Campus in Uasin Gishu County, its first expansion outside Nairobi. President William Ruto, who presided over the launch, said the campus will train instructors to equip young Kenyans with technical skills for employment, self-employment and economic opportunities. The institution will also strengthen technical colleges by preparing trainers for practical and professional courses.
