Ruai squatters in Nairobi County are calling on the government to issue title deeds for more than 2,000 acres of land they claim to own, after a court ruled in their favour in 2024. The group, led by Chairman Ali Abdi, says they were forcibly evicted from the land 18 years ago and are yet to reclaim it despite the 2024 court ruling.
