Sky, the daughter of the late gospel singer Betty Bayo, has shared a TikTok video of an evening stroll with her brother Danny and their stepfather, Hiram Gitau, better known as Tash.
The clip, posted on 9 October 2026, shows the trio out and about in their neighborhood after dark.
Banter before the walk
The clip, shot in a casual selfie style, switches between the late-night walk and Sky’s LED-lit bedroom. In one scene, she is seen trying to get Tash out of the house while he is occupied in the kitchen.
The siblings and their stepfather joked easily throughout the video. At one point, Sky teased Tash, saying, “Stop being lazy.” The three finally left just after 7pm, planning to be back by 9pm.
Bayo, a popular Kenyan gospel singer, died leaving two children in the care of Tash. She married him after separating from Pastor Victor Kanyari, the children’s biological father.

The children chat freely and laugh often throughout the video.
Sky also used the clip to talk about her natural hair journey. She said she had chosen to let her hair grow out after years of dyeing, bleaching and straightening left it damaged. She also joked with relatives about the LED lights in her bedroom, which her father helped to install.
The video comes shortly after Kanyari, the children’s biological father, said he had stopped paying school fees for Sky and Danny. The claim drew strong reactions from followers of the family’s story.
