Police in Homa Bay have arrested Kassim Abdi Sebo over alleged assault linked to chaos at a Linda Mwananchi rally in August. Sebo, described by police as a “chief goon,” was arrested at Homa Bay Bus Stage last night as officers executed a warrant issued by the Homa Bay Law Courts. Kasim was arrested alongside other seven suspects who were obstructing the police from performing their duty.
