Kisumu Governor Anyang’ Nyong’o says the legacy of the late Raila Odinga should be examined critically rather than celebrated through praise alone. Speaking at a memorial conference, Nyong’o said Raila would have challenged Kenyans to interrogate his record, themselves and society. He urged the country to learn from Raila’s political struggles and translate the lessons into action, warning that future generations must preserve and advance the democratic gains already achieved.
