A man has been charged with cyber harassment for allegedly threatening a magistrate over a case she was handling.Francis Kamau was arraigned at the Milimani Law Courts, where the prosecution told the court that he sent the magistrate the threatening message using his phone at around 7 p.m. on September 28, 2026.
