Nairobi court has allowed the withdrawal of fraud charges against former SHA chief executive Elijah Wachira and co-accused Robert Ingarisa over alleged misappropriation of 18 million.Milimani Principal Magistrate Daisy Mutai approved the prosecution’s application under the Criminal Procedure, and ordered the release of their cash bail.
