KMPDU has criticised the Public Service Commission for freezing the recruitment and employment of health workers despite a shortage in the sector. KMPDU Deputy Secretary General Dennis Miskellah says health should be treated as a national security priority, arguing that biosecurity is a national security issue.He says the government should prioritise hiring health workers and strengthen accountability in the health sector.
