Education CS Julius Ogamba says teenage mothers have a right to return to school under the National Guidelines for School Re-entry in Early Learning and Basic Education. Ogamba says the guidelines allow pregnant girls and young mothers to continue their education during pregnancy and after giving birth. School heads and teachers are required to re-admit teenage mothers unconditionally, while those facing stigma can be enrolled in another school.
