Siaya governor James Orengo has called for the full implement the Nadco report and the 10-point agenda signed between President William Ruto and former Prime Minister Raila Odinga. Speaking during the commissioning of the Raila Odinga Mausoleum in Bondo, Orengo said that would be the best way to honour Raila, whose death a year ago came before what was envisioned under the two treaties could be realised.
