The government is urging the tourism sector to embrace artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to drive growth and competitiveness. Tourism CS Rebecca Miano said technology is changing how travellers discover destinations, make travel decisions, book experiences and interact with tourist sites. She spoke during the opening of the three-day 16th Magical Kenya Travel Expo, which brought together more than 400 exhibitors from over 40 countries and over 10,000 delegates.
