The husband of slain Dr Victoria Mutiso has opposed bail for five people charged with her murder, warning their release could expose him, his family and prosecution witnesses to intimidation. In an affidavit, David Ndetei alleged the accused had threatened him and his wife before her death. Ndetei said he was previously married to first accused Rose Mbithe Mulwa, with whom he has two children, also accused.
