First Lady Rachel Ruto has announced plans to establish the Chesongoch Community Resource Centre and ICT Hub to support landslide-affected families in Elgeyo Marakwet County. Speaking during the official handover of 53 newly constructed homes, she confirmed that the facility will feature a social hall to host community events and drive local social and economic empowerment activities.
