The government is considering isolation facilities in both public and private hospitals as it responds to the Ebola outbreak. Health Ministry Director General Patrick Amoth said people identified as contacts would remain in isolation for up to 21 days, the maximum incubation period for Ebola. He added that anyone who develops symptoms while in isolation would be classified as a case and transferred to an Ebola treatment unit for care. This Comes after the announcement of the dead of Kenyan who died after contracting the virus in Congo.
