Machakos Governor Wavinya Ndeti has urged Kenyans to remain vigilant following the death of the country’s first confirmed Ebola patient. Governor Wavinya has called on residents to avoid physical contact with people showing symptoms of the disease and seek medical attention immediately if they develop symptoms. She says her administration has established a quarantine centre and put measures in place to enhance preparedness and prevent the spread of Ebola.
