A 79-year-old man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for committing an indecent act against a 14-year-old autistic minor. John Thuku was convicted at the Mukurwe-ini Law Courts after the court found sufficient evidence linking him to the offence. The minor was unable to testify due to her condition, but the prosecution presented evidence from seven witnesses.
