Equitable Party presidential candidate Edwin Sifuna has been urged to focus on his presidential bid rather than boardroom negotiations over the United Opposition candidate. Political analyst Herman Manyora says such talks could disappoint supporters who have already backed Sifuna’s bid. He says, however, that running alone does not guarantee victory, noting that the incumbent is also working to retain the presidency.
