Foreign Affairs PS Korir Sing’Oei says Africa is no longer defined by its challenges but is emerging as a global power. Speaking to scholars at Sciences Po in Paris, Sing’Oei said the continent’s youthful population, vast mineral and energy resources, and growing technology sector present major opportunities. He cited the African Continental Free Trade Area as a key initiative unlocking Africa’s economic potential and strengthening the continent’s global agency.
