Njenga is scheduled to stay at the medical facility for at least three months to undergo comprehensive treatment and therapy.

Omondi appealed to well-wishers and members of the public to assist with her ongoing medical costs and facility fees. He requested that individuals visit Chiromo Hospital Group to make direct payments or send financial assistance to her family.

"Georgina is Finally at Chiromo. She needs to be here for at least 3 months. I am calling on all Kenyans of goodwill to please come to Chiromo and pay for her whatever they can."

Omondi confirmed that financial contributions can also be sent directly to her mother, Alice Waruiru, on the contact line 072481043.

Background to the Hospital Admission

Njenga's admission on Friday, 2 October 2026, followed days of growing concern among her family, friends, and social media followers regarding her mental well-being.

On 1 October 2026, members of the public intervened when Njenga appeared distressed outside GTC Westlands in Nairobi. The incident prompted Omondi to initiate a public search to locate the mother of one and secure immediate professional assistance.

Omondi subsequently located Njenga, met with her mother, and accompanied her to Chiromo Hospital Group on Friday morning. The group completed formal admission paperwork before medical staff escorted Njenga to her room to begin care.
