Public Service CS Geoffrey Ruku has challenged the newly graduated NYS recruits to maintain unwavering discipline and integrity. Speaking on behalf of President William Ruto at the recruits' passing-out parade in Gilgil, CS Ruku emphasized that technical skills alone are not enough for success. He urged the new graduates to carry forward strong values of teamwork, patriotism and deep respect for authority.
