The Bar Owners Association has urged its members to stop selling ready-to-drink alcohol, citing concerns over fair competition and consumer safety. Chair Simon Njoroge says the move would help curb the sale and consumption of unauthorized alcohol, with the problem reportedly common in the Mount Kenya region.
