The Senate Finance and Budget Committee has given the PPRA seven days to verify Homa Bay County’s procurement records and submit a report. Committee Chairperson Senator Ali Roba directed PPRA to cross-check documents submitted by the county against records on the Public Procurement Information Portal before further action is taken, as governor Gladys Wanga says the county remains committed to transparency and adherence to procurement laws.
