President William Ruto is today expedcted to lay the foundation stone for student hostels at Shanzu Technical Training College before proceeding to Tononoka for the groundbreaking of the Hobley Road Affordable Housing Estate. The affordable housing project forms part of the national housing programme targeting increased access to urban housing. The President will also inspect the Likoni Ferry passenger terminal, a critical transport link serving thousands of commuters between Mombasa Island and the mainland every day.
