NCIC has summoned Nominated MP Joseph Wainaina over remarks he allegedly made during a public address in Ngeria, Uasin Gishu County, on August 29. Through a notice   NCIC says the remarks are being investigated under laws governing national cohesion and hate speech, as the commission called on political leaders to exercise responsibility in their public statements and promote peaceful coexistence.
