The late formerCoast representative Elizabeth Wanjeri/ HANDOUTThe Law Society of Kenya has announced the death of former Coast Representative Elizabeth Wanjeri.
Wanjeri, an advocate at E.W. & Wanjeri Advocates, died on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, LSK said.
In a death announcement to its members, LSK described Wanjeri as a colleague and former Coast Representative and extended its condolences to her family, relatives, friends and the wider legal fraternity.
“It is with profound sadness that we announce the untimely demise of our colleague and former Coast Representative, Elizabeth Wanjeri, Advocate,” LSK said.
LSK said further details regarding funeral arrangements and other related information would be communicated in due course.
LSK president Charles Kanjama also mourned Wanjeri, describing her as a dedicated lawyer who was committed to serving the profession.
“Rest in Peace, former LSK Coast Rep, Elizabeth Wanjeri,” Kanjama said in a post on X.
He extended his condolences to Wanjeri’s family, friends and the entire Coast Branch.
LSK said it was standing with Wanjeri’s family, relatives, friends and colleagues as they come to terms with her death.
“May her soul rest in eternal peace,” the society said.
