KNUT West Pokot has protested the alleged transfer of its members to KUPPET without their consent following their deployment to Junior Secondary Schools. The  chairperson Joel Paritch said the union wants the affected teachers released, warning that the transfers could disrupt their work schedules. He added that teachers should not be moved to another union without their consent and called for the matter to be resolved.
