Githunguri MP Gathoni Wamuchomba has called for school buses to be given priority on Kenyan roads to ensure the safe and timely arrival of learners at schools and other destinations. Speaking on the floor of Parliament today, Wamuchomba raised concerns over how school buses are treated by other motorists, saying they are not accorded enough respect or priority on the roads. The MP raised concerns after students who visited parliament were faced with delays on the road on their way to the house.
