Presidential aspirant Eliud Owalo has emphasized that digitalising government services effectively seals revenue leakages and curbs corruption. Referring to his tenure as ICT CS, Owalo noted that daily public revenue surged from sixty million shillings to up to one billion shillings through digital reforms. He stressed that proactive technological solutions replace vulnerable manual processes and eliminate conflicts of interest.
