ODM Party Leader Oburu Oginga has welcomed a proposed 2 billion Dangote Group refinery in Lamu, saying it could create jobs, boost local industries and support the LAPSSET corridor. Through his statement he urged the government to ensure communities are included, fairly compensated and protected.
