A human resources officer Mr Onyango Ringi, urged workers to check their payslips regularly, especially the deductions for PAYE and the Affordable Housing Levy.He said many employees overlook these deductions, which can make it harder to spot errors or follow up on discrepancies. Ringi called for greater awareness to help workers understand and verify what is being deducted from their salaries.He also mentioned that employees who need assistance should consult the head of human resources at their institution or the relevant county-level HR office
