Rose Mbithe, her children Chris and Angela Mulwa, police constable Elijah Kimoi and Maritim Kimutai have pleaded not guilty to murdering Dr Victoria Mutiso. Mbithe and her children, who have appealed for cash bail, accused prosecution and the DCI of bias and alleged torture and denial of medical treatment. They told Justice Alexander Muteti they would attend court whenever required.
