The Motorists Association of Kenya has called on the government to eliminate middlemen in the oil industry for the planned East African Oil Refinery in Lamu to benefit motorists. Chair Peter Murima says the refinery is a good move that could help lower fuel prices, but middlemen could undermine efforts to ensure fair prices.
