Lawyers Danstan Omari and Cliff Ombeta have been allowed to withdraw from representing three accused persons in the murder case of Dr Victoria Mutiso. Justice Alexander Muteti allowed the withdrawal after Rose Mbithe Mulwa, Chris Mulwa and Angela Mulwa did not object. The three are jointly charged with Police Constable Elijah Kimoi and Maritim Kimutai, and all five accused persons have pleaded not guilty
